A key component of Melinda’s work is Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) by Dr. Vodder, a technique renowned for its ability to stimulate circulation, detoxify, and reduce puffiness, resulting in a radiant, sculpted complexion.
More than a beauty treatment, MLD works deeply on the nervous system, shifting the body into a parasympathetic state—the “rest and reset” mode. This means that stress hormones like cortisol stop being produced, allowing the body to fully relax, regenerate, and heal on a profound level.
